John Amos Tan is the Principal Developmentalist of Cutting Edge Learning Hub. Cutting Edge Learning Hub is a training solution company incorporated in Singapore since 2014. 

 

John holds a Master degree in International Business Management and a Graduate Diploma in Training and Development. John is also a certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Coach, an ISEI certified Social and Emotional Competencies Coach, a WIAL Certified Action Learning coach, an ACTA and Aventis certified trainer and a trained Process facilitator.

John is passionate in building, inspiring and growing companies and talents so that they can be successful in their venture.

John had personally trained C-level executives, key stakeholders, middle management and entry level staffs, and John accustomed his training to achieve the best results for the entire learning process. ​

Ruby Pai is the official Taiwanese representative for Cutting Edge Learning Hub (Taiwan). Ruby holds a bachelor degree in Theology and trained in Data Process. Graduated in 2012, Ruby joined a NGO as a lecturer, and eventually became the head of Music and Video department and also leading the marketing and sales and events team. Ruby spearheaded many organization and community projects. Under her leadership, the company saw expansion and achievement in the company goals and she was very much sought after by many organisations in Taiwan. 

 

Ruby is also a trained and accredited Design Thinking trainer and she had organized and personally trained many NGOs and companies. Ruby is a very good communicator and she is very experienced and effective in engaging and inspiring participants under her trainings. Currently she involves in many projects associated with social enterprises, product design sales process, team building and high achievers Club.

 

In her leisure time (which is a rare commodity to her), Ruby loves music and also interacting with people from different walks of life.
