Group Discount & Referral Gift
The group discount and referral gift cannot be used in conjunction. To enjoy the group discount or referral gift, full payment for the workshop has to be made at least three days before the workshop commencement date. GraspCo interpretation of "referral" and calculation of discount and referral quantum is final. Referrals that fail to indicate the referee's name, mobile number and email address will not qualify for the referral gift. GraspCo reserves the right to revoke group discounts and referral gifts at our discretion.
Cancellations & Replacements
We will issue a full refund if your cancellation request reaches us in writing at least 4 weeks in advance of the workshop's start date. You get a 50% refund if your cancellation request reaches us in writing between 2 to 4 weeks before the workshop's start date. There will be no refunds if your cancellation request reaches us less than 2 weeks before the workshop's start date. Instead of getting a refund, you may choose to reschedule the workshop or find a replacement. GraspCo reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop under unforeseen circumstances. GraspCo is not responsible for any travel or other costs incurred.
Copyright & Privacy
All GraspCo materials are copyrighted. Participants shall not copy, modify or publish the materials unless explicit permission is given by GraspCo. No audio or visual recording is allowed during the workshops and courses. GraspCo may video/audio record the workshop proceedings and quote participants' comments for promotional purposes. By attending GraspCo courses, you consent to being photographed and audio-video recorded and waive all rights to inspect or approve the photographs and recordings, as well as any claims of payment or royalties in connection to the GraspCo courses. By submitting your personal data to GraspCo, you consent to us collecting, using, disclosing and processing your personal data in accordance with your dealings with GraspCo. For private consultation on personal issues, GraspCo will only be addressing the issue from a purely technical perspective i.e. using GRASP™ problem solving and innovation tools. Effectiveness of remedies will depend heavily on the complexity of the issue, cooperation from the participant, and other factors outside of GraspCo's control. GraspCo will not accept issues requiring expert specialist assistance e.g. medical and financial-related issues. If you are in a crisis or any other person may be in danger, do not use this service!
