The Port of Singapore Authority (PSA) is one of the world’s busiest and most advanced container ports, connecting global trade routes and facilitating the movement of goods at massive scale. With multiple terminals, diverse teams, and real-time operational demands, maintaining both efficiency and alignment across functions is critical to sustaining high performance.
